Who we are:
Ginger Bailey – RDN, CSOWM, CD
Ginger is the founder of Salt Lake NutriCoaching. A graduate of Utah State University, she is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, Diabetes Educator, and certified reiki instructor with over fifteen years of experience, including eight at LDS Hospital. She focuses on analyzing each person’s unique situation, goals, and special needs to determine the perfect meal and diet plan for them so they can enjoy a better life through better nutrition.
Jessica Ashton – MS, RDN
Jessica is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with a Master’s degree from Brigham Young University. While finishing her undergraduate degree in dietetics, Jessica worked as a health coach, helping individuals of all ages and backgrounds reach their health and wellness goals. She focuses on helping people develop sustainable (and fun!) eating and exercise habits that make them feel their best.
JaNae Kinikin – MS, RDN
Our newest associate dietitian is JaNae Kinikin. She is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with a Master’s degree from the University of Utah. Prior to joining our team, she worked in long-term care and as a dietitian in private practice. She specializes in helping people improve their eating habits one small step at a time to achieve a healthier lifestyle.
Finally, Barbara is our wonderful Administrative Assistant and Director of Scheduling. She works behind the scenes to ensure every client enjoys an amazing experience at Salt Lake NutriCoaching, and is happy to help you schedule an appointment over the phone.
